Looking for work space?
We have a small amount of newly available spaces.
This is a special opportunity to join one of the few artist buildings in the Midcoast.
Lincoln Street is a great place to make art, work and connect with the creative community here in Rockland, Maine.

New spaces available
With our building full, we’ve been working hard to open up new creative space to fill the demand… we now have two large spaces available in our basement! These spaces will make a wonderful home to any creative. As part of the Lincoln Street Center community you will be able to participate in open studio events as well as your working artist neighbors.
We are asking $600/month (with heat and electric included!). Please email us if you’re interested.



November 22nd OPEN STUDIOS
Lincoln Street Center will be opening its doors to the public for an open studios events on
November 22nd from 5:30–7:30pm.
Participating artists will include:
Vincent Carducci
and One the Round yarn studio!
October 12th YARD SALE / ART SALE & Open Studios
Lincoln Street Center will be hosing it’s first annual Yard Sale / Art Sale & Open Studios
Saturday, October 12th from 10am–4pm.
Yard sale will be rain or shine, out in the back parking lot. Artists will be opening their studios for art viewing and purchasing (!).
August 16th OPEN STUDIOS

July 20th: Fugitive Spectator | Union, Maine
On Saturday, July 20th,
join Lincoln Street artist Ariel Hall,
along with other collaborating local artists, for this special participatory event!
“This is going to be like nothing you've ever done before! A bigger, deeper, more expansive version in a recurring series, Fugitive Spectator: Farm Edition will be an evening of interactive performance and direct experience created by Ariel Hall and Nathan Davis, with contributing artists, hosted on an 85 acre former dairy farm. Your smartphones will prompt you to engage with fellow attendees and your surroundings in novel and provocative ways. You'll need access to an Android or Apple phone to participate (though attendees are welcome to share phones).”
